Privacy Policy
Odysseus Steps Music uses data only to communicate, create a custom song, agree the order, arrange payment, and deliver the result.
Personal Data Processing and Protection
Only adequate and necessary data is processed, lawfully and transparently, for stated purposes and with reasonable safeguards.
Terms of Service and Public Offer
The service creates a custom digital song from an agreed brief. An order is agreed after the package, content, delivery time, and price are confirmed. Work begins after full payment. Final contractual identification depends on publication of the provider’s registration details.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Before individual work begins, an accidental or cancelled payment may be refunded less genuinely non-recoverable fees where law permits. After work starts, completed and supplied stages are taken into account.
Cookie Policy
With voluntary consent, TikTok Pixel and server Events API measure visits, order-form starts, successful submissions, checkout starts and confirmed payments. When an ad leads to the Telegram bot, a technical server bridge stores TikTok Click ID and UTM tags for up to 30 days, links them to a Telegram user ID after the bot starts, and reports qualified-lead and confirmed-payment events. Chat text is not stored. Contacts are not included in events we send without separate matching consent. Stories, order text, files and payment-card data are excluded from these events. Refusal does not affect ordering. TikTok settings are available on the home page; withdrawal stops future browser sharing but does not delete previously shared data. Payment Terms
Before payment, the customer sees the package, full price, currency, delivery time, contents, and revisions. Ukrainian pages use UAH; other markets use EUR. After a request is submitted, its confirmation opens the secure WayForPay payment page. Work begins after full payment for the order.
Copyright and Licence Terms
After full payment the customer receives the agreed files and a licence for personal listening, gifting, and personal social posts, subject to third-party rights. Commercial use, advertising, resale, registration, or exclusive rights require a separate written agreement.
User Content Terms
By sending a story, image, voice, video, or document, the customer confirms authority to provide it for the order and that this use does not infringe third-party rights. This does not transfer all copyright to the service.
