Customer licence
After full payment the customer receives the agreed files and a licence for personal listening, gifting, and personal social posts, subject to third-party rights. Commercial use, advertising, resale, registration, or exclusive rights require a separate written agreement.

Portfolio
Portfolio permission is never assumed. A song, story, image, name, or review may be published only under separate voluntary consent that can be withheld without affecting the order.
