Controller and scope

Odysseus Steps Music uses data only to communicate, create a custom song, agree the order, arrange payment, and deliver the result.

Data and purposes

The quiz may contain a name, contact details, package choice, personal story, third-party names, and voluntarily supplied photos, documents, audio, video, or voice messages. Send only what is necessary.

Data supports order performance, customer care, pricing, legal claims, and applicable obligations. Publishing a story, song, image, or review always requires separate consent.

Retention, transfers, and rights

Materials are kept only as long as needed for the order, claims, and mandatory records. Cloud, email, or payment providers may process data, including outside the user’s country, subject to available legal and technical safeguards.

Email odysseusstepsmusic@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. Some records may be retained where law or legal claims require it.

TikTok settings

With voluntary consent, TikTok Pixel and server Events API measure visits, order-form starts, successful submissions, checkout starts and confirmed payments. When an ad leads to the Telegram bot, a technical server bridge stores TikTok Click ID and UTM tags for up to 30 days, links them to a Telegram user ID after the bot starts, and reports qualified-lead and confirmed-payment events. Chat text is not stored. Contacts are not included in events we send without separate matching consent. Stories, order text, files and payment-card data are excluded from these events. Refusal does not affect ordering. TikTok settings are available on the home page; withdrawal stops future browser sharing but does not delete previously shared data. I separately allow TikTok to automatically match my email, phone, first and last name, city, region, country, postcode and external identifier, if available, for advertising measurement, optimization and advertising audiences. Contact identifiers are hashed before transfer. This is optional and is not required to order. Withdraw consent in TikTok settings below.
