Before and after work starts
Before individual work begins, an accidental or cancelled payment may be refunded less genuinely non-recoverable fees where law permits. After work starts, completed and supplied stages are taken into account.

When to contact us
A request is reviewed for non-delivery, a corrupted file, material mismatch with the agreed brief, mistaken payment, or another legal ground. A repair or replacement delivery is offered first where reasonable.
